Brady Worster’s passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle started in 2008. Before that, Brady found herself trying to find happiness in her body. She was overweight and unmotivated. She knew that at 5’8” 230lbs and a size 22 she needed to make a change, not only for herself but for her family. Brady started by eating healthier and working out. She did the hard work and her discipline and dedication started to pay off. The journey to a healthier life helped her to loss 93 lbs, getting her down to a size 4. After losing the weight, and seeing how her journey inspired others around her, she knew that to be personally fulfilled she needed to become a personal trainer to inspire others.

Today, as a Certified Personal Trainer, Brady creates personalized programs for weight-loss, post-op physical therapy training (for joint replacement, knee scopes and other joint and ligament repairs), stretching, agility and mobility for older individuals, and much more. Brady also enjoys working with moms through programs like Baby & Me and Toddler & Me.
Using body weight, free weights, bands, balls, and other modalities, Brady will get you into the kind of shape you are looking for, all while educating you to ensure you succeed in the future!
