Get moving! No matter what you do for a job or how busy your schedule is,  you need to remember that without good health, happiness is going to be hard to find.  So get moving.  If you have a desk job, take a break from your computer every hour, go take a brisk walk around the office, or around the block.  Give your body, eyes, and brain a break, and get your legs moving. It will usually make you more productive with the task at hand if you take a short break for yourself to refocus. Get Moving!
