Sessions will be geared individually for each client, depending on physical limitations and goals of the client.  Each client will receive a copy of each workout, via email or text message, along with photos of the exercises (if necessary) to help remember proper form and be able to practice the workouts on their own. Most of the exercises can be duplicated, with or without weights, at home, to help the client move forward between sessions with the trainer.

Private Sessions: One on one private sessions 

Small Group- 2-4 people training sessions

Baby & Me: Parent and infant age 1 mo-12 months

Toddler & Me: Parent and Toddler Ages 13 months- 5 years old

Sports Nutrition consultation: 1-on-1 one hour session learning about sports nutrition
