Toddler & me sessions will consist of a half hour or an hour of training with parent and toddler. This is a great way to workout with your toddler and instills in them that exercise is something we all do. The Trainer will show you many different ways to exercise both you and your toddler, as well as keep you moving and working while they explore their own “workouts” in the studio. Toddlers love to play with the weighted balls, the physioballs, the small weights, the Bosu Balls, the punching bag and roll around on the soft foam flooring that covers the studio. If the toddler is not in the “mood” to workout, there is a Kids room complete with Netflix, toys, coloring books, and reading books to keep them entertained while the parent works out. Each session will consist of one of, or a combination of the following modalities: Body weight exercises (calisthenics), weightlifting, cardiovascular, stretching, core work, balance, and agility to help clients reach their goals. These sessions will be geared individually for each client, depending on physical limitations and goals. Each client will receive a copy of each workout, via email or text message, along with photos of the exercises (if necessary) to help remember proper form and be able to practice the workouts on their own. Most of the exercises can be duplicated with or without weights at home to help the client move forward between sessions with the trainer.
Cost of Toddler and Me sessions are the same pricing as 1-on-1 private training sessions.
